Q: Who is the provider for the online shopping portal?

Q: How secure and trustworthy is the iPay88 system?

iPay88 is the same Online Payment Gateway System currently provided by many licensed Financial Institution. For that reason, stores can be certain of iPay88 security and database management. Besides, iPay88 complies with PCI Data Security Standard and Malaysia Payment System Act.

Q. Can iPay88 accept debit card?

iPay88 cannot process Visa and MasterCard debit card at the moment.

Q. Can iPay88 accept prepaid Visa card & MasterCard?

Yes

Q: What currency is available for online shopping at marvelous-gifts.com?

Currently, only Malaysian Ringgit. We are looking at international currencies in the near future.

Q: Can I buy the products for my own use instead of as gifts to someone else?

Yes of course. Gift sets are put together for ease of our customers, however if you wish to buy for your own use, feel free to do so. You can call us if you would like to custom order your gifts to suit your needs.

Q: Can I pick-up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes you can. Our only pick up point is at Bangsar Village Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We will not entertain any other pick-up points as they will be considered as delivery.

Q: What are the delivery areas?

Only in Malaysia. We deliver by hand small, medium and large gifts for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only. Other areas in Malaysia are only for small lightweight items which we will be send out via Citylink courier service.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Most orders you place on marvelous-gifts.com enter the shipping process fast so we can get your items to you as soon as possible.

- If your order hasn't shipped: You can cancel the order via the "Your Account" page. Look for information on canceling orders.

- If your order has already shipped: Since orders in the shipping process cannot be modified, you will need to initiate a return process by contacting us at 03-2092 4900.

Q: Where's My Stuff?

If you have not yet received your order, you can track the progress of your package and check the delivery estimate by visiting "Your Account" and clicking the "Your Orders" button. If you need help, click the "Contact Us" button. Find out how to cancel an order and see what to do if you get an incorrect or defective item by contacting us at 03-2092 4900

Q: Will my order be cancelled if payment declines?

Yes. It will be cancelled within 3 days.
